Lang will transfer to South Florida, Jeff Goodman of ESPN reports.

After experiencing a significantly diminished role last season with Auburn, Lang has opted to transfer to South Florida, likely in hopes of a bigger role. If he gets his degree this summer, he will be eligible to play next year.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lang will transfer from Auburn, Matthew Stevens of the Montgomery Advertiser reports.

Lang experienced a significantly diminished role this past season after starting 28 of 31 games last year. He made just nine starts in 2016-17, none of which came after Jan. 14. With that, his production dipped down to 4.3 points and 1.8 rebounds per game. Depending on Lang's progress towards a degree, there's a chance he could graduate this spring and be immediately eligible at his next school.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lang managed just two points (0-6 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 2-4 FT) in Auburn's 71-45 loss to Tennessee on Tuesday.

Lang hasn't made a field goal (0-11 FG, 0-9 3Pt, 9-15 FT) in his last three games. He's in a major shooting slump recently and until he shows he's out of that, Lang is tough to play on a daily basis. He's shooting well overall for the season so it's hard to imagine this slump being long-term.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lang (concussion symptoms) "should be OK" to play Tuesday against South Carolina, David Cloninger of The State reports.

Lang left Saturday's game after taking a hit to the face and was diagnosed with concussion-like symptoms. However, it appears he'll be able to give it a go Tuesday against the Gamecocks, which is crucial for a rotation that will be missing T.J Dunans, Tahj Shamsid-Deen, and New Williams.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Head coach Bruce Pearl said after Saturday's game that Lang has concussion-like symptoms, James Crepea of AL.com reports.

Lang was late coming out of the locker room after halftime Saturday after suffering an apparent head injury at the end of the opening period. He ultimately was unable to return to Saturday's game and will continue to be evaluated for a concussion. As a fixture in Auburn's starting five, any prolonged absence for Lang could certainly hinder the Tigers' on-court chemistry. His next chance to return will come Tuesday against South Carolina.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lang (knee) drew the starting nod Friday, producing five points (1-2 FG, 1-2 3 PT, 2-2 FT) and a steal in the 75-74 victory over UAB.

Lang only saw 14 minutes in the contest, but foul trouble (four personals) was likely more to blame than the injury for his limited minutes. Look for the sophomore guard to continue to expand his role in 2015-16, especially while Tahj Shamsid-Deen (shoulder) is on the shelf.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lang (knee) is expected to play Friday against UAB, Bryan Matthews of AuburnSports.com reports.

Lang sprained his left MCL in late October, but his recovery process has been going very well and he was able to play in Auburn's game against Indianapolis on Nov. 5. Fellow guard Tahj Shamsid-Deen is out indefinitely with a shoulder injury, so Lang could be seeing increased minutes as the Tigers open their season.
